Please join SEAConn for a shop tour of the Shepard Steel fabrication plant in Hartford Connecticut.
This tour, in honor of AISC's Steel Day celebration, will include a tour of the fabrication plant as well as a brief presentation by Dan Moyal about the common pitfalls of steel detailing and how best to avoid them as structural engineers.
There will be two individual sessions, the first will be offered on Oct. 16, 2024 at 8:30Am. The second will be offered on Oct. 23, 2024 at 2:30PM. Each session will cover the same information.
Registration for each session will be limited to 10 people.
